On Friday, Bank of China (BOC) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Sinohydro Corporation, China's largest water conservation and hydropower group, which ranked the 3rd in terms of international project revenue in 2008 among all China's companies. BOC has offered 40 billion yuan of total credit to Sinohydro Corporation.

In a separate release, the bank said its London branch has established business relationship with 70% of British top 100 and 40% of Europeans top 100 companies, and its business in London is expanding into the main business stream.
