(Xinhua) It was learned from a news conference held by Nanchang municipal government on February 1 that Nanchang City and China Development Bank (CDK) will cooperate to establish China's first low-carbon and urban development fund to promote low-carbon economy, process of new urbanization and construction of the Poyang Lake ecological and economic zone.
