Hunan Province newly approved 33 foreign-invested projects in May, with foreign capital investment of USD279 million by contract and USD357 million in reality. From January to May, the provincial accumulative foreign-invested projects amounted to 135, down 7.53% year-on-year, with contractual foreign capital investment of USD1.171 billion, down 6.04% year-on-year, and actual foreign capital of USD1.711 billion, up by 8.2% year-on-year.
