China's National Development and Reform Commission released China's October electricity consumption a moment ago on its website.  The October electricity consumption increased 15.87% year on year and 5.63% month on month from September.

Industrial consumption increased 17.7% year on year and 2.2% from last month.  The year on year consumption increased 7.19% for the primary industry, 0.21% for the secondary industry, and 11.06% for the tertiary industry.  Residential consumption also increased 11.19% year on year.
