Below are housing price indexes of Beijing, one of the top 70 medium-large sized cities in China. Three indexes are published for each chart. The year on year index (YoY) sets the value of the same month last year as 100. The month on month index (MoM) index sets previous month as 100. The earliest publication of these indexes is March 2009. The new Fixed Base index sets 2010 as 100.

The first chart includes both new commercial residential housing and new price-controlled affordable housing.

The latest data available is March 2012.
