Recently, Shanghai Municipal Planning Commission announced that Shanghai would build the first low-carbon business community - Hongqiao business district, and currently the planning and preparation work has been basically finished.

The low-carbon design was mainly manifested in four aspects, i.e., the city’s space layout, traffic organization, energy utilization and architectural design.
