To cope with the current international financial crisis, and boost establishment of business to promote employment, Hubei Provincial Government recently issued a notice to require departments and places of Hubei to implement the development strategy of expanding employment in a bid to fully promote employment and take facilitating establishment of business to push employment as the current major way to expand employment; proactively take measures to alleviate
the burden of enterprises, encourage enterprises to stabilize the posts of employment, guide enterprises to perform social responsibilities, help enterprises to stabilize the existing posts of employment, exert the functional role of unemployment insurance and regulate the acts of enterprises' cutting jobs; strengthen employment services and do well in employment of key groups; and optimize the innovatory environment, lower the access threshold of market subjects and carry out tax and fare policies beneficial to promote employment and establishment of business.
