ADB: China's economy to grow 7% in 2009, 8% in 2010 PDF Print E-mail

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) forecasted in a report that economic growth in China would slow to 7 percent in 2009 as a result of world economic downturn.

Meanwhile the World Bank forecasted the China’s economic growth of 6.5% in 2009, albeit the world’s third largest economy had been hit hard by the global financial crisis, it was still holding up, the WB said in the China Quarterly Update.
