By the afternoon of March 11, Financial Street in Beijing at the China Mobile Communications Group headquarters, the People's Government of Hunan Province, Zhou Qiang, governor, vice governor Zhao-Xiong Chen, China Mobile president Wang Jianzhou, secretary Zhang Chunjiang, vice president Lu Xiangdong and other leaders together twitnessed the  signing of a long-term strategic cooperation agreement  between Hunan Province People's Government and China Mobile, which marks a new stage of cooperation between China Mobile and Hunan Province Government .

Under the agreement, China Mobile will give full support to the regional economy in Hunan Province and the construction of information society and information industries, the provincial government will actively support China Mobile in Hunan Province with the TD-SCDMA network construction and business promotion work in support of China Mobile to accelerate the strategic transformation and business development in Hunan.
